La vista della stanza e molto bella, la stanza e grande e luminosa, il bagno e bello con la vista panoramica. Unica pecca - in stanza cera un odore molto forte o di plastica o di qualche vernice. Colazione abondante e buona.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Sicht zum Hauptbahnhof und Kanzleramt. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es im Zimmer ruhig. Der ÖPNV ist gut nutzbar und nur wenige Schritte weit entfernt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Doppelbett eine gute Matratze und angenehme Raumgröße. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Aufbettung gebucht (für 3 Erwachsene). Diese zusätzliche Aufbettung ist einfach zu kurz und zu schmal, für Kinder eher geeignet. Die Matratze auf der Aufbettungsliege war hingegen gut. Der Tresor war bereits geschlossen, so das er nicht genutzt werden konnte, was wir sehr schade fanden. Wir hatten auch keine Zeit, um auf Abhilfe zu warten, beim auschecken haben wir das Problem noch einmal angesprochen, die Kollegin an der Rezeption war dankbar für den Hinweis. Das Frühstück war, für den stolzen Preis, angemessen und abwechslungsreich, das Personal sehr freundlich. Unseren PKW konnten wir in der Tiefgarage des Partnerhotels nebenan für 29 EUR/Tag parken, gute Stellplätze und ausreichend Platz. Fazit: sehr gutes Hotel in der Mitte Berlins für einen Kurztrip geeignet.Besonders auch für Gäste, die mit der DB anreisen!

Eine defekte Leuchte auf der Toilette wurde während des gesamten Aufenthalts trotz Meldung nicht ausgetauscht, in der Sauna ist schon seit Monaten die Dampfsauna defekt, das Restaurant bietet leider wirklich schlechten Service. Wir werden beim nächsten Mal auf ein anderes Hotel ausweichen.

Nettes Personal, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Alles sehr sauber und ruhig. Gute Verkehrsanbindung da Bahnhof direkt nebenan. Auch Bus fussläufig gut erreichbar.

Die Unterkunft ist in Ordnung. Das Schließsystem mit den Karten funktioniert nicht. Ich am Tag 3 mal die Karte tauschen. Das war sehr nervig.
