We had 5 of us ages 44, 44, 16, 12 & 10. Master bedroom on both 2nd & 3rd floors. Both have a full bathroom but the 2nd floor has more furniture/bigger closet along with 2 sinks. 3rd floor bedroom has a balcony. Both very nice. Between the location, the communication with owner & the house itself, I still give it a 5/5 for a 7 day/6 nights stay!Pros: - location was ideal for OC boardwalk and Assateague Island (both within 10 mins, 25 mins from Seacrets).- super large kitchen/dining area connected to the living room. - bonus living room in basement where front door and garage is.- The garage had pool noodles, sand buckets/shovels, beach chairs, beach canopy, umbrellas(2). The beach umbrellas suck in the wind but the canopy was solid!- 3.5 bathrooms, one on each floor except ground floor.- bedrooms on 2nd & 3rd floor gave great privacy- laundry on 2nd floor next to bedrooms- RING doorbell comes up on TV screen showing you who is out in front!- Firestick connected to all TVs, just need to log into your account on Netflix, Prime video or YouTube.- 2 heating/cooling zones on thermostatCONS: - Kitchen only had a very small rubber spatula- There was unswept garbage behind some of the furniture in dining room- Next door neighbor along the stairs side of the unit plays very loud music after 12 am sometimes before 7 am.- The linens package only provides very small bath towels. I'm 5'8/190 lbs and found they incredibly small for bath towels.
