L'hotel si trova in una buona posizione con un quartiere tranquillo e a a pochi passi dalla metropolitana con cui raggiungere il centro di Berlino La camera è abbastanza confortevole ma si vede che l'arredamento ha diversi anni questo si nota anche nel bagno. Per quanto riguarda la colazione invece è fantastica piena di scelta tra dolce e salato

Piacevole scoperta
Abbiamo alloggiato in 5 persone in 2 camere davvero belle e confortevoli. Ottima pulizia e piacevole servizio in camera. Il personale è veramente accogliente e disponibile. Il centro è raggiungibile con mezzi comodamente e per noi è stato davvero rilassante tornare in albergo dopo tutte le escursioni perché in zona tranquilla. I voli del vicino aeroporto di Tegel nella notte sono sospesi. Per tutti noi è stata una piacevole scoperta... Che consigliamo!!!

Una soluzione per un transito all'aeroporto tegel
Si raggiunge in 10 min con il Taxi o 20 min con il bus 128 . Buona soluzione per chi arriva alla sera con volo dopo cena e riparte alla mattina dopo presto . Buonissimo rapporto costo/ beneficio. Servizi accettabili , stanze ampie e con un buon livello di pulizia.

Ottimo anche se un Po lontano dal centro
Io e la mia compagna per le ferie di capodanno abbiamo soggiornato qualche giorno in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La camera, seppur essenziale, era accogliente e pulita, dotata anche di un (microscopico) angolo cottura che però non abbiamo utilizzato. La colazione a buffet era davvero splendida e sempre ben rifornita. Il personale cortese e disponibile..al nostro arrivo abbiamo chiesto info per raggiungere una particolare fermata della U-Ban e la ragazza ci ha addirittura stampato la mappa da google :-) La posizione, per chi come noi è venuto per visitare la città, non è proprio comoda anche se si arriva ovunque con i mezzi pubblici. Di fronte all'albergo si ferma il 128 che con due fermate ti porta alla U8 (che arriva ad Alexander platz) o, se preso nel senso opposto, con qualche fermata porta alla U6 (che porta allo snodo di Friedrichstraße). Nel complesso siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.

Ottimo albergo, appena fuori dal centro di Berlino ma raggiungibile con poche fermate di metrö e 10 minuti a piedi dalla fermata. Personale gentile e disponibile. Camere pulite e colazione ottima e abbondante scelta.

Super liebes Personal und sehr leckeres Frühstück. Auch das Bett war toll, einzig und allein die Kopfkissen waren schrecklich. Bin aber auch sehr empfindlich was das angeht. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder das Hotel buchen, werde aber mein eigenes Kopfkissen mitbringen. Vielen lieben Dank

Banheiro horrível e antigo, box desconfortável
Hotel mal localizado, longe das atrações da cidade. Quarto grande, recepção gentil, apartamento razoavelmente reformado. Banheiro extremamente antigo, pia e piso manchado e quebrado, box pequeno e desconfortável. Já fiquei em mais de 50 hotéis na Alemanha, esse foi o pior. Não voltaria e não recomendo.

Personal super venlige og behjælpsom i reseptionen. Rengørring ikke gennemført og mangelføld. F.eks. fra tidliger person der har vært i værelsen som hed glemt hans strømperne i sengen hed det glemt at rydde op efter den og lå den stadigt. Toileten var ikke rent når vi chekket ind. Morgenmad mhh. Der var ikke ret meget at vælge i mellm, Det prøvet virkligt på at spar på alt, 5 skive ost, 3 pankage, 2 kogt æg også vidre også blev det selvfølgelig fyldt op men man kunne ikke få sig til at tage noget. Det vil ikke gøre noget at hvis i stiller pålægge frem at i skrive også på engelsk. hotel er lidt international sted så alle kan læse den.

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes großes Delux Zimmer mit moderner Einrichtung. Leider hatte der Teppich enorme Flecken, in den Ecken lagerte sich der Staub was man evtl. mit einem Nasssauger schnell und einfach entfernen könnte. Das Badezimmer war dann leider nicht so schön. Die Duschtür war verkalkt und verdreckt. Das gesamte Bad war leider nicht saniert/renoviert und passte nicht zum modernen Zimmer Aber ansosten kann ma.n da durchaus eine Nacht schlafen.

Forlænget weekendophold med venner
Som sædvanlig et dejligt ophold på Victor's Residenz Hotel Berlin-Tegel. Værelserne er rigtig gode og der er, hvad man har behov for. Rengøringen under bordet på badeværelse kunne være bedre. Morgenmadsrestauranten har fået en højere kvalitet siden sidst. Der er parkeringskælder, men der er endnu ikke opsat bil-ladere der.

Also, der Fernseher ist sehr klein und von schlechter Qualität, auch die Sender sind mies angeordnet. Das Kissen war viel zu klein, ggf. Hätte man an der Rezeption ein anderes oder weiteres erhalten, das weiß ich nicht und habe ich auch nicht gefragt, da ich eh nur eine Nacht dort war. Die Ausstattung, vor allem die Toilette, hat auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Für 15 bis 20 EUR weniger die Nacht, wäre die Unterkunft okay aber bei über 100 EUR die Nacht, erwarte ich mehr. Vor allem bei der unsicheren Umgebung, die den Preis zusätzlich nicht rechtfertigt. Das Hotel liegt weder direkt in der Innenstadt noch habe ich besonderen Luxus gesehen, der diesen hohen Preis rechtfertigt. 2* Sterne, auf keinen Fall 3,5*.
Dieses Hotel hat angeblich 3,5* ,,S" Bewertung! Davon habe ich nichts gesehen. Ganze Hotel ohne Klimaanlage. Das heißt also, Zimmer sind natürlich auch ohne Klimaanlage. Etage Flur sind sehr dreckig, schmutzig gewesen. Im Zimmer keine Kaffee, keine Tee, keine Kühlschrank, keine Wasserkocher, keine Safe, nichts!!! Dusche war viel zu klein und die eintritt war zu hoch. Sowas habe ich noch nie gesehen. Keine richtige Fenster zum aufmachen oder zum kippen, sondern spezielle Fenster. Öffnen ist sehr schwer gewesen. Wenigstens Frühstück war gut, ausreichend, vielfältig. Trotzdem 139 Euro für eine Nacht in soeinem Hotel ist zuviel, zu teuer!

Good stay
The breakfast was OK. The room was very nice and quiet. The hotel had a laundry room. Perfect when you are training and want to wash your clothes. The hotel was in an ok neighborhood.
