Welcome to our spacious 2-room apartment, which is ideal for a city trip to Berlin or for enjoying Brandenburg’s natural beauty while staying in a relaxed atmosphere. The apartment is 72 square meters and features modern furnishings. Two highways are just a 10-minute drive away. Berlin is about a 30-minute drive or train ride away. The train station is a 7-minute walk away, providing easy access to Berlin and the surrounding area. Free street parking is available in front of the building.

The Accommodation
The apartment is located near the city center and features an impressive entryway. The bathroom is modern and features a walk-in shower and a bathtub.
The bedroom features a desk for working as well as a double bed, which can also be arranged as two single beds if desired.
The living room has a flat-screen TV and a large corner couch that converts into two additional sleeping spots. The living room and the bedroom are separated by a historic sliding door.
The dining area is located in the fully equipped kitchen.
Internet for remote work and TV is also available.
Bed linens and towels are included.
Use of the washing machine, dryer, and electric vehicle charging station is available for a fee.

Guest access:
The apartment is located in a two-family house and has a separate entrance. You reach the apartment via 8 steps with a handrail.

Velten is a relaxed place to stay, located just outside Berlin. Many lovely restaurants, snack bars, ice cream parlors, bakeries, and supermarkets are within walking distance. This makes it easy to visit the sights in Berlin and the surrounding area without the hustle and bustle of the capital, allowing you to enjoy them in peace.
