“The staff at Bannisters always go above & beyond whenever we stay. Most recently a friend and I booked accommodation for our wives to stay for an early Mothers day present. I informed admin staff via email and a wonderful lady at reception by the name of Jessica upgraded rooms for our wives & also left them a complementary bag of chocolates made by a local confectionery business. “This is certainly a value for money proposition. The rates are relatively low for the area which is a huge plus. The receiving method by phone as opposed to in person is odd though effective. While the room we had was obviously not new it was comfortable and more than adequate for an overnight stay. The lack of any windows in the room was a little off putting but certainly not a deal breaker. Shops close by with plenty of food choices is great. No noise disturbances from road or guests. We...
