“First night they let us in the pool area but didn’t know how to turn on the lights so we were left in the dark. Had to ask to get in the pool area any time we wanted to swim. No towels were available at the pool. Blind in our room wouldn’t go up so we couldn’t see out the window. Called to let front desk know about the blind. Was told they would get it fixed right away. It didn’t get fixed during our stay. The shower chair (in a handicap room) was put together backwards. Had to go to the main...
