Discover the Grand Gîte de Bert (Ref. G31241), an authentic 3-star Gîtes de France labelled residence. Ideally located in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, at the crossroads of Burgundy and the Loire department, this large house of character offers a privileged setting for reunions with family or friends.

With its generous surface area of 350 m², it can comfortably accommodate 12 to 14 people in a quiet environment and preserved nature.

The first floor is designed for moments of sharing and relaxation:
• Equipped kitchen: a "real" spacious kitchen, perfect for preparing your local recipes.
• Living room: a large living room with a convivial fireplace.
• Leisure area: a complete games room opening onto the terrace (TV, library, table football).

Beds and Bathrooms Bath

The capacity is spread over two levels to guarantee privacy and comfort:

On the first floor:
• IRIS Room (3 people): 1 bed 160, 1 bed 90 and 1 baby bed. Has a private bathroom (bath, toilet).
• Shared sanitary facilities: a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as an additional toilet (sinks, toilet).

On the 1st floor:
• COUNTRYSIDE dormitory (5 people): 5 beds 90, ideal for children (games and books included).
• Room CARAMEL (2 people): 2 beds 90.
• Room LAVENDER (3 people): 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90.
• PAPRIKA room (2 people): 1 bed 140.
• Sanitary facilities: a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
• Laundry room: equipped (washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board).

Leisure and Outdoors

Enjoy a variety of facilities for all seasons:
• In summer: reserved access to the swimming pool (10 m x 5 m, unheated) from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Le Pal amusement park only 25 minutes away.
• All year round: pond fishing, hiking, mountain biking, petanque, volleyball and rest in the open air.

PRICE CONDITIONS

- Maximum capacity: 18 people (according to basic rate).
- Deposit: €1,000 (bank imprint 1 day before arrival, not charged).
- Sliding rates: Reduced prices from the 3rd night (contact us directly).
- Weekend: for 2-day bookings, the departure is extended until 4 pm.
- Included: water, gas, electricity, heating, sheets, full access (house + garden) and departure cleaning package.
