Your comments pertaining to the Kids club and access to play pool table are noted and will certainly be taken on board as an area of improvement. Please note that, kids club opens on daily at 08.00Am to 06.00Pm. According to your request of opening the kids club during the night, was not possible as the kids club attendant need to be available and we needed to ensure the safety of your kids. However, we managed to arrange some face painting with the assistance of our lifestylists in order to engage with your kids with some activities at the same time. Furthermore, there are series of offerings for the guests who stayed in our Deluxe rooms and Suite rooms. Pool table and the Lounge also part of their package and the access can be given for the guests who are entitled for the package.
