• Entrance: bunk bed – sheets 90x190 and duvet 140x190
• Kitchen Equipped with: microwave / grill, induction hob, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, raclette and fondue set, kettle, wine glasses, basic kitchen utensils, condiments
• Bathroom: bathtub with heated towel rail and hairdryer
• Balcony: perfect for admiring the summit

• Shuttle to the foot of the residence in winter every 20 minutes
• Walk to the top of the Chambourguet and departure from the residence

• Heated swimming pool open almost all year round from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm during school holidays and from 10 am to 6 pm outside school holidays (closed on Thursdays all year round)

• Child/baby necessary: travel cot + small comfortable mattress, high chair, booster seat, bath seat, changing mat, children's cutlery, books, toys

• Free parking in front of the residence (1 space per accommodation, other cars must be parked outside the residence parking lot)
• Electric car terminal 200m away

Other essential information:
• It is possible that for technical or sanitary reasons the swimming pool is temporarily closed, no compensation, refund or cancellation will be possible
• Linen is not provided, it is up to you to bring towels, sheets, duvet covers, pillow covers (dimensions higher in the ad). Possibility in addition linen rental -> to be booked (15€ double bed, 10 € single bed, 8€ / person towels).
• Possible cleaning fee 80 € extra (possible only outside school holidays) -> to be booked.
• Security deposit: 80 €. It may not be returned in the event of damage to the property and/or its equipment, and in the event of undone cleaning.

Supplements are to be paid in addition to the security deposit check on arrival, at the concierge service.
