Best hotel we have ever stayed at in Malaysia. Everything was perfect and the hotel’s facilities were impeccable. Both pools had incredible view. Cleaning was everyday and they always provided toiletries, coffee, tea and water. Security downstairs was amazing, they were very nice and amicable and would always open the doors for us. The hotel is so close to the centre and our room had a view of the Petronas tower, it was simply stunning. If we ever come back to KL, star suites klcc will definitely be our first choice. I thank the staff for everything and for making our holiday so special.

Customer service is excellent. Very warm, accommodating and friendly. Room is perfect and spotless. Will make sure to only be staying at Hyatt each time we travel on Holidays or on special occasions.

hotel molto pulito. Ho soggiornato per lavoro. Ben collegato a mezzi pubblici per raggiungere KL, vicinissimo ad outlet raggiungibile a piedi. Coalzione a buffet ottima e abbondante. Servizio lavanderia impeccanile
