“I didn’t get the room. I booked online had a reservation I even called the hotel to confirm. I get there and they tell me they are booked to capacity and they can’t help me. Then tried to charge me 104 for what ??? Horrible experience ”

“The AC stopped working but the toilet started to flush in the middle of the night and wouldn't stop until I shut off the water. The bathroom had no air exhauster at all and the lamp in the ceiling was completely open, so that you could directly look into wires and the bulb. Of course there was mould in the corner of the bath tub / shower. In the room itself the walls had marks, light”

“Beautiful Hide Away. Loved our suite with a lovely River view. It was well stocked and very comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!”

“After we checked in there was no staff. We needed more towels and pillows and there was absolutely no one to provide what we needed. The beds weren’t comfortable. Just an awful experience ”

“Although it is 100% smoke-free. There is a strong smell of cigarettes. the room furniture is deteriorated. Service staff are attentive and helpful.”

“The trash cans were over flowing all over the ground, there were stray cats everywhere. The grass area is not pet friendly and had glass in it. The room had duct tape holding the floor together, rust all over the shower, brown stains in the toilet. Thin sheet for the bed, and one pillow on a full size bed. The vending machines were sold out. The staff was friendly, the fridge and freezer were ice cold. ”

“The location was decent for what we needed, however it was beside an on ramp to a major highway, which made it noisy. The staff was ok, not very engaging but got the job done checking in/out. The breakfast was the usual, nothing fancy, very basic. Our room wasn’t the cleanest, the basics were done but there were cobwebs, dust bunnies and small pieces of trash on the floor. I didn’t feel it was worth what it cost. ”

“Room reaked of cigarettes and marijuana. Bedsheets were stained. Cockroaches were crawling on the nightstand. Paint was peeling on ceiling. No coffee machine. Room was at least affordable and staff were polite and professional”
