“Very peaceful stay, considering it was Christmas party/event weekend. Excellent location, walking distance to all the attractions, pubs, bars and restaurants. The room and bathroom were perfect sizes, spotless with good lighting and extra mirrors. Love the toiletries (nice scent and no irritation). Fluffy and soft towels. “Room very comfortable and clean. Lovely bathroom. Unfortunately, there were events on in the ballroom two floors above and the very loud music made sleep difficult on both nights. Would definitely stay again, but in a room on first floor instead.”

“Difficult to find and very problematic checking in. Digital check in never opened for me. The only way I was able to get into my room was that I was let in by a management person. I didn’t leave for dinner because I was afraid I’d be locked out. I wanted to drop my luggage around noon so I could see the sites without suitcase in tow but since there is no on site staff and no check in until 4 that was not possible. Please come up with a solution for travelers who need to store luggage. ”
