“My 12 yr old and I spent labor day weekend here. It was perfect for the 2 of us but plenty of room for more. View was spectacular, esp for the fireworks show in downtown Bethany. Sea Colony never disappoints, we've stayed here many times.”

“We loved our stay here! The place was clean, well stocked, and had a great view. We enjoyed the beach and the quick walk to it. Our kids loved that the beach had a slide and a swing! The bedrooms were perfectly sized to fit multiple pack n plays. We hope to stay here again one day!”

“The property is in a good location, and there are good amenities on property. You’re in a good location for going to Rehobeth, Lewes, and Ocean City. Plenty of parks to go hiking at and the beach is in easy walking distance. The only ding we had was that the shower curtain in one bathroom needs to be replaced, getting kind of moldy.”

Location is ideal for biking along the Bethany boardwalk nearby and walking right on to the beach. Quiet during off-season is also a plus for families.”
