The convenient shuttle makes it easy to access all Sea Colony amenities and it’s a short walk to the center of Bethany Beach with numerous dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

Spend endless hours on your enclosed deck, conveniently furnished with an outdoor dining area where you can also spread out comfortably and create everlasting memories with your loved ones. Create favorite recipes in the beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances. Dine together at the kitchen island or outside, and then kick back and stream your favorite series and movies on the smart TV in the living area. Additional perks include board games, free high-speed WiFi, and an on-site washer/dryer.

Beautiful location

Great location within Sea Colony. Very cute cottage. Amenities are severely lacking however. No pillow cases for two of the pillows. The pillows themselves were like paper. Cheap toilet paper. Just overall wayyyy too many attempts to save a few bucks on managing the property. The room itself and the location were perfect though.

Sea Colony unit 1021A, Bethany Beach

First of all the unit was a total disappointment. There were no curtains/shade on the doors or bedroom windows for privacy. Maintenance came over after our complaint and nailed bed sheets on the sliding glass doors. There was no bedspread or decorative pillows on the bed as it was pictured on the website. Only a sheet ,blanket and 2 pillows. The sheets and blanket were both stained by god knows what!! Thank goodness we brought our own pillows! The couch that was pictured was a very nice blue. But the couch that was there was an L-shaped couch and extremely hard. Not comfortable at all! There were also 2 bikes on the patio. One was locked up but the other was not. Looked for a key to unlock it and was told by VACASA office that we could only use one bike. THERE WERE TWO OF US staying there. And on top of all that ....when we went to go get our packet with the parking ticket we were told to get the badges as well. That we weren't able to use the fitness room, tennis courts, pools or access to the beach without them. And we had to pay an extra $55.00 for each one. That was not on the website! That was a unexpected expense we had to pay! There was also a hornets nest that had to be removed. My husband is very allergic to bee, hornets. So very disappointed with the resort that we left 3 days early. We would appreciate a pro-rated refund for the 3 days. We will NEVER be back to Sea Colony! The owner needs to update pictures on the website. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!
