Just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this single-story seaside getaway is home to a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen (with 'pure water' filtration system), full hallway bathroom with updated walk-in shower replaced the shower-tub for 2026, and bedroom (with a private half bathroom of its own). Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer, and more. There is a 65' 4K UHD (ultra-high-definition) smart TV in the living room, a 40' 4K UHD TV in the bedroom, two Blu-rays, Netflix, Keurig, and WiFi.

Guests of Sea Colony can enjoy access to a private guarded beach, ten outdoor pools, two indoor pools, a championship tennis center, a fitness center and a basketball court. Also nearby is a boardwalk, tax-free shopping, water parks, mini-golf, two public/private golf courses, a movie theater, and fun activities like fishing, kayaking, and surfing.

Stayed for a few nights at the end of summer with family. The unit was very clean and everything was really easy. Lovely view from the balcony of both the beach and Bethany. Very convenient parking next to elevators. Sea Colony amenities were great.

Beautiful location

Great location and views! The furniture was a bit outdated and uncomfortable, but otherwise a really nice space. Plenty of room and great amenities. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful just Beautiful!

This condo has the best view in my opinion of the beach and a small pay of the community. And it’s right off of the elevator and parking is right at the entrance so Convient. I would definitely stay again and recommend. The location I s perfect close to everything.

Delayed check in and NOT clean

After not receiving our check-in email (with the ability to go straight to the property) we went to the in-person check in and were told our place was not ready yet “because it was still being cleaned”. When we finally arrived the toilet had mold all over and the shower had dirt in it. In the middle of a pandemic this place was clearly NOT cleaned and after several calls and emails I have received no response! Disgusted!
