"Appalling accommodation. Nothing like the photos or description. The room was dusty, the toilet dirty and the TV didn’t work. I rang the managing agent several times and they passed on messages to the owners but no one responded. I was given the owners number but they wouldn’t answer. We had no TV ..."

"Fix shower head in small bathroom. Provide top sheets. Clean up all the broken, dirty, dusty items lying around the place. Provide cushions for outside chairs and a clean environment to sit out there."
