Cottage a Bethel

“The staff was nice but bathroom wasn’t cleaned was woke up by police early in the am bagging on another guest door room service never came phone didn’t work dirty rags and towel left in room from previous guest the ceiling looked like it was about to fall in”

“The plumbing was awful. Had to keep flushing. Furniture is old,but they are suppose to be renovating soon. But staff was great. Breakfast wasn't that great either. Need more options of meat.”

“Two night stay and everything was above and beyond. Lady checking me in was friendly and helpful, excellent service here. The room was very well cleaned, smelled fresh and was decorated beautifully. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, generous and thoughtful. The breakfast attendant lady was great, very kind. I will definitely be staying here again when in Greenville. Thank you, Holiday Inn Express, for taking good care of your guests!”

“It was dirty, smelled really bad, and we left immediately after seeing what our $250 room looked like. Rundown and horrible. I have never walked out of a hotel in my life. Warning: STAY AWAY”

“NOT WORTH IT!!! Our room was not ready upon arrival at 4pm, received a different room and the floors were still wet, there was no body soap nor hand soap in the room. The curtains had holes and were halfway attached to the rod. The shower had numerous stains as well as the walls. Definitely not worth it for the high price we paid.”

“Personale gentile e veloce. Camera in media degli standard americani (grande, letto ampio e comodo, bollitore ecc). Durante il mio soggiorno erano presenti lavori di ristrutturazione ed ampliamento che chiaramente hanno influito sulla valutazione in quanto era presente un po' di polvere e attrezzature nei corridoi. (Ma la camera era perfettamente pulita).”

“Tipico hotel negli Stati Uniti. Camera grande, letti comodi e grandi, spazio a volontà. Bagno nella media quindi ok. Come quasi tutti gli hotel da me visitati, la colazione (anche se compresa) è un po' limitata. Ma non si può avere tutto. ”

“tutto bene tranne la colazione che era molto scarsa ”

“We stayed her for ECU parent weekend because it was reasonable but 37 min away from the school. Staff were accommodating and the room was comfortable with a smart tv which my husband was thankful for. It' s good alternative to paying triple the price compared to Greenville prices for Parent weekend.”

“Evident they are in the process of renovating. We had no Kleenex no chairs, no rod in the closet, and the lamp was filthy with the light bulb dangling from the electrical wires but it did work. No working phone in the room and saw no evidence of housekeepers anywhere. Hopefully, not all rooms are as deplorable as was our room.”

“Clean room very basic room. No coffee potor coffee/ hot water available even in front desk area. Staff was courteous sir conditioning was very good. Food and shops near by. My only complaint was they use flat sheet as bottom sheet and it didn't begin to fit the bed.”

“Michael took care of our every need. It was our first stay but will not be our last!”
