This Beautiful Bethel casa è stata costruita nel 2002 con la costruzione e dei materiali utilizzati durante tutto per rendere il vostro soggiorno confortevole e piacevole la qualità. Cucina è dotata di granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inox, 4 posti bar per la colazione e una sala da pranzo grande con tavolo per 6. Legno, piastrelle e tappeti berberi sono in tutta la casa. Grande 55 pollici HD TV con satellite rende la camera familiare accogliente che è aperto alla cucina e zona pranzo per tutti per vedere. La stanza di fango in entrata è un ottimo posto per lasciare i vestiti bagnati dopo una giornata di godere delle belle aperta della zona Bethel Maine. Le camere sono tutte buone dimensioni con materassi peluche o cuscino. Tutti i materassi sono nuovi per darvi una buona notte di sonno. Il piano interrato ha una un'altra camera familiare con divano, poltrona e 43 pollici HD TV. La camera matrimoniale si trova al primo piano ed è arredata con artigianali comodini e comò. La vasca e doccia nel master è ottimo dopo una giornata di sci.

Questa casa ha spazio sufficiente per il massimo comfort 2 familes di 6. La camera da letto piano interrato è configurato come un altro settore matrimoniale con salotto e bagno. Il primo piano ha un grande open space di avere tutti raccogliere insieme con la camera matrimoniale, bagno e bagno di servizio con lavanderia. La stanza di fango è anche un luogo ideale per asciugare i vestiti con i pavimenti di calore radiat. Il secondo piano dispone di 3 camere da letto e un bagno completo. Le camere da letto al piano superiore può ospitare 8 con 1 delle camere da letto è il più grande stanza della casa che ha un ampio spazio. Non sarete delusi con la quantità di spazio che si ha e la condizione della proprietà. Affittare oggi !!!

Family Ski Trip

Great location for a Sunday River ski trip! Perfect size for a large group of 11 or 12. Minor thing that could be better; Firmer, thicker pillows would be nice, otherwise bring your own pillows.

Overall great place

Beds were comfortable but could use new sheets as they were a bit small for all the beds and didn’t stay on well you slept. Kitchen was big but needs an update of all the supplies. Had a lot of pots but not many casserole dishes and drinking glasses as a mishmash collection. If you know you are cooking just bring what you need to make it. Overall place was great

Check in was wrong

We stayed for one week to celebrate my 50th birthday. I received different communication one stating I could check in on one day one on another day. My family arrived 11pm that evening and the house was alarmed and the owner couldn’t be contacted to turn the alarm off . The police arrived and they couldn’t contact the owner either. So they communicate with the alarm company to get the alarm turned off not a great way to start the trip. Once the rest of the family arrived the next day we discovered the heat wouldn’t work properly some rooms were very warm others were extremely cold and the thermostats weren’t allowing us to correct the situation. All of the bed were very hard and of poor quality. I would not recommend staying here. Many broken windows and the beautiful jacuzzi tub was rendered unusable.

Great spot in Bethel

The location was great, with easy access to town and Sunday River skiing. We were four adults and six kids - everyone had space and the house was cozy, with a great mudroom. Wish we could have used the fireplace, though, and wish there had been a fire pit outside, but overall the property served our needs very well. In my opinion, the beds could be upgraded (bring your own pillows!), but the kids were comfortable, so that was a win. Overall, a great spot in Bethel.

Sunday River Family Time

Three families met up at this lovely house for a weekend of skiing. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we stayed snuggly warm even though it was -12 degrees outside one night! Was too cold to ski the first day, but one family went to Carters to x-country ski for a couple hours, and another family just went for a hike down the road and found the Taylor Woods River Trail!! What a lovely and unexpected treasure! Had a blast hiking by the Androscoggin River for a bit. Nice that there are other activities so close to the house! Plenty of room for all of us to play games, for the kids to have kid space and the adults to hang out too. The rooms are very big. Derek was easy to communicate with and was there to answer any questions. Easy little drive to Sunday River and we had so much fun skiing!! Things to note are that there are only two queen beds, and you need to dispose of your own trash and recycles (which was not hard, but took up vacation time). Overall, I would stay here again and recommend it to others!

My family and I rented the house for a weekend ski trip. The house was amazing. The sleeping arrangements, fully stocked kitchen, 3 and a half baths accommodated everyone comfortably. The house’s location was perfect for Sunday River and area markets and food.

Good Ski House

The property was a great location close to Sunday River, about a 15-minute drive in the morning. The house was big and able to easily accommodate our group. It was great to have two living spaces, one next to the kitchen and one downstairs so we were able to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to easily make family-style meals during our stay. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive during the stay. For those bringing their own ski equipment or those with children, I should note that renters are asked to bring the trash to a local dump area. This was the first time I've been asked to do so after staying in VRBOs in Sunday River for the past few years. This can get tricky when you're trying to leave on time and you need to re-arrange luggage in cars.

Great spot near Sunday River.

The house was perfect for a ski getaway to Sunday River for our family. Plenty of space, nice setup with everything we needed. It was an ideal spot to get some rest after a full ski day. Derek was very accommodating and was very responsive. We enjoyed it.

Really comfortable home

The listing and photos are accurate for this property. A lot of space to spread out. TV and Internet were good. Because I rent many properties, were were prepared with more kitchen tools, hand towels, face clothes, coolers with ice for warm items, and our own fans. If I needed to be in that area, I would rent again.

Did not disappoint, perfect place for us, great stay!

This was the perfect place for our needs. This was the second year my husband has taken a bunch of ski racers (joined by some parents) up to Sunday River for a Thanksgiving camp. We rented one bigger house last year that worked so well we rented that again but it wasn't big enough for everyone. Last year we had people in 3 places spread all over, this house happened to be a couple mile away from the larger one and just the right size and set up to house everyone between the two. Derick couldn't have been any easier to deal with and the space couldn't have been better. The kids stayed in the bedrooms on the second floor parents and coaches on the first and in the basement. It just didn't work out for us number wise but the only thing that might have been better would have been being able to have kids staying in the basement as well so they had more of the run on that "family" area. Oh and the only other thing kids were a bit disappointed about was the lack of a hot tub but I think that had more to do with the fact that the other house has one and it was a hit last year, still they were able to use the one at the other house and with the two being so close to each other. I highly recommend this house and I have no doubt we will be looking to rent it again.

Spacious, Quiet, and Clean

We all slept well in this large, well-equipped house. Between the entrance door and the kitchen is a mud room with a tiled floor, ski racks, and a bench, which was most convenient. We watched the Winter Olympics on the TV in the basement, and all seven of us sat comfortably around the dining room table for supper. Sunday river is only a few miles away as the crow flies, but eleven miles by car because you have to get to the bridge in Bethel to cross the river. The drive takes roughly fifteen minutes with no steep hills. We had a most enjoyable stay.

Perfect home for our two family ski getaway

We were looking for a nice rental that could accommodate our two families with grown children (total group size of 11). The layout and beds for this home were ideal and everyone was able to comfortably have their own bed and space. Open floor plan downstairs was also great for us all to visit after a day of skiing at Sunday River which is very close by. Home was clean and well maintained. Derek was also very responsive to any of our requests. Would definitely recommend and return ourselves.
