This vibrant and inviting apartment is the perfect setting for your upcoming adventure! Delight in a charming kitchen equipped with new appliances and a distinctive dining bar table that comfortably accommodates five guests. The main floor features a full bedroom, while the expansive second floor family room/sleeping loft boasts a king bed and a full-size sofa bed.

Nestled in the heart of Bethel Village, the location is unbeatable, with easy access to Sunday River ski area, just a quick 11-minute drive away. Additionally, you'll find groceries, shopping, and dining within walking distance. The nearby Bethel Inn offers a range of activities including golf, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and fat bike trails, with rentals available for your convenience.

There is a main house attached to the carriage house with a separate entrance that sleeps eight, which can be rented in combination with the carriage house or separately, depending on availability. View Here

To enjoy your trip to this property, 4WD may be required during snowy months.

Bethel carriage house

The property was pretty much as advertised. My issue is the entry way room with the dining table and the first floor bedroom are very cold even with the portable heater running. We never got that space to get over 62 degrees. The Rannai wall unit never came on. Also please provide a small instruction list of how to run the appliances/tv, etc. Plenty of spider webs (ceiling corners) to be removed.

Few Ski Days

Great for a family of four for a quick ski weekend. Glad the town and mountain have recovered as much as they had. Came to support the community. Location is ideal.

Great location near Sunday River

Very walkable for restaurants and the grocery store. The large room with the king bed and TV is upstairs while the bedroom with the standard bed, bathroom, dining area and kitchen are downstairs. Nicely equipped. My only complaint is that there are lots of light switches that don’t seem to do anything. Lighting was fine. But it took a bit of an effort to figure out initially.

Annual snowboard trip

Annual snowboard trip with friends. First time coming to Maine. The house was just a 13 minute drive to Sunday River. Quiet neighborhood and right across the street from the grocery store. Would definitely stay there again.

No microwave

The property was clean and in good order. However the listing stated there would be a microwave oven and there was none. We had brought food to reheat and had no means to do it. We left messages for the property manager regarding the microwave and never heard back. If not for this I would have given an excellent rating on everything.
