“Picked based on previous positive reviews and price. Never been to the huge resort and did not know what to expect. It was OK at best. Room was clean and had essentials for overnight, in and out stay, and for the price. But, if you like the sound of people in other rooms thru the walls, the smell of marijuana, a guest in the parking lot smoking dope, big dogs barking, and the joy of somebody puking their guts out at 730am, this place is for you. Other reviews had better experiences sounds like...

“My room was semi-clean. The bathroom had hair in the shower. Breakfast was fine but it followed a night of zero sleep, as I was rudely awakened at 3am by people in the hallway screaming expletives at each other. It was the holiday weekend, so I presume they were all drunk men who just couldn’t control themselves. I could not go back to sleep because in the room above me was someone who could not stop walking/stomping back and forth. The amenities at the hotel were fine and breakfast was okay but...

“Perfect hotel for guests traveling with children! Nice, clean room, indoor and outdoor pools, playground, pickleball, and movie theater. The breakfast buffet was a little pricey but good. The pools could use a vacuum but we’re quite busy which could be a reason for lots of stuff at the bottom. Pools are a good size!”

“Had the kitchen sink leak underneath and called front desk. They sent someone up to fix and it didn't take long. Tip I learned from friend, always flush the toilet and check plumbing before unpacking in case you need to change rooms. Everything in the hotel was as expected according the pictures. Pull out sofa bed made 5 fit comfortably in the room. 10-15 mins away from Diane's bath and Echo lake. Right nearby Outlets.”

“Check in was easy and everyone was friendly. Once I found my room, I through my bags in the room and immediately left to eat dinner, etc. When I returned I realized our AC barely functioned and we had one lamp working with the worst yellow lightbulb, could barely see anything. However, I did see what I think was dried up pepperoni on the floor. It was obvious they don’t triple check their cleaning.
