In addition to being only a 10-minute drive from Bethel village, the pond is scenic, and this private water frontage allows you to swim and paddle at your leisure. During your stay, you will likely wake to the call of loons and the conversation of songbirds as the sleepy valley emerges with the, day.

Located mere steps from the water's edge, Lockwood at Songo puts you close enough to the pond to feel the summer breeze off the water while you watch the sun dance across the surface. The screened-in porch makes early morning coffee and afternoon happy hour comfortable, shady, and peaceful.

With a fully equipped kitchen, guests may find themselves more inclined to cook at the house and dine lakeside rather than drive into town for dinner. A gas range, leathered granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and upgraded appliances make food preparation easy and enjoyable. There is an open floor plan on the main level, and seating for everyone is comfortable.

The house sleeps eight people and offers four bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
