“No ac unit in bedroom so it was hot. They did deliver fans but still pretty hot. Fridge was dirty and kitchen wasn’t well equipped. Would have been nice to have wood provided for outdoor firepit. Otherwise close to town”

What was not acceptable was the listing stating the amenities having a pool there is no pool and when I made the listing with Expedia that was one of the important to me to include pool on site as an amenity. Who's to blame for this and should I not get back $400 minimal credit back on my card.”

“This place was a dream. A quintessential New England cottage that had everything we needed: including a downstairs bedroom suite with its own bathroom, living, and hot tub! It was a big enough space where we could all be together, but spread out if needed. It looked quite literally brand new...so clean and modern as though it were built yesterday. I bet it is gorgeous in the summer, too! I would stay here again, for sure. Thanks!”

“The house was a construction zone and had no driveway- construction debris and ladders in the yard. No walkways or patio just uneven dirt to the doors. Would not recommend for elderly or anyone with the walking difficulties. Before checkout, we left to get a coffee we came back to the house keepers already in the house (we still had almost an hour until checkout) and we clearly had our belongings on the deck still. I outreached to the rental company and they lied saying the cleaners never...
