“The room was pretty average. Old was expected since it was a historic building. However, the room could use some tidy-up (leaky faucet, empty hair cap box) and more cleaning. The location and the ambience were GREAT! Even with the room conditions being okay, I’d def stay at this hotel again. Restaurants, bars, shops and other attractions are in walking distance or just a short drive, including the minor league ballpark in Allentown. Felt safe at night too. ”

“Awesome staff.. nice rooms.. close to nearby attractions and easy to access routes for travel. The best of old world history meets modern necessities. We would definitely stay there again ”

“For a few nights of our stay, the guests above our 2nd floor room, would make noise late into the night. The bathroom floor needed to be thoroughly washed. Other than that, housekeeping was very good.”

“I was at the property from Sunday to Thursday, several of the shops were closed which I didn't expect, but I do understand its based on hotel volume. When I was there in February over a weekend I was able to get a lot of shopping done at that time. There were redemption machines that were out of commission. I would like to see more in-room dining options that are healthier. I booked a suite which was absolutely beautiful. The walls are a bit thin I could hear what I think was housekeeping...

“The hotel is conveniently located - easily walkable to Main Street restaurants, shops, etc. Parking garage and bus stop right across the street. The rooms are quite comfortable and large. Do not expect room to be cleaned - sheets, towels, etc. - during your stay if over one night. Ice is only available on certain floors. There is not enough staff manning the front desk and bar, so it was impossible to sit with friends and have a drink if folks are checking in. Only one person manning both! Other...
