“I’m not sure you could find a better view! We loved our stay. I read all the reviews so was prepared for the walk uphill into town. Yes it is steep, but my 7 and 4 year old could do it. If you are planning to do any type of hiking you’ll be fine. Very comfortable space, we were a family of 2 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of space. Die Lage ist wirklich einmalig, die Aussicht über die Berge ist beeindruckend und die Möglichkeiten gleich ein paar Wanderungen von dort aus zu starten, hat uns sehr gefallen. “Lo Chalet Marina è ideale per chi ama pace e natura. La casa è ampia, comoda e ben attrezzata. La posizione molto tranquilla. Tante possibilità di escursioni sia nei pressi che nella più alta Val Formazza. A 10' di auto dalle Terme di Premia, un gioiellino. Un suggerimento per l'host: dare indicazioni in termini di distanza dalla provinciale per raggiungere la casa e identificarla con facilità”

“We loved the view! Access between the unit and Wengen was easy via the free van service during their service hours. Outside of the service hours (after 20:00 and before 08:00) it can get pricey paying for a taxi. The walk is nice but there is no sidewalk so it can be dangerous. The loft is accessible by a steep ladder and the ceiling is not standing height. The beds were super comfortable. We had a wonderful stay! The area is just spectacular for hiking and exploring.”

The water was still blue when it was pouring rain! 5 minute walk to train that runs every hour to Interlaken so it was easy to plan our days. Updated new large house. Quiet neighborhood. “Great location and view of the Mountains. Easy walk to nearby trails. There was a Full kitchen which was great. There was great attention to details which greatly improved our stay! The clothes dryer was a bit slow to dry and needed multiple attempts but otherwise everything was amazing! ”

Stay here is you want to have a fabulous view of the valley, get away from the crowds, listen to cow bells, see how the farmers mow the grass on steep hills, view the mountains and enjoy the best of Switzerland.
