“Our room was nothing like the pictures on Expedia that shows a renovated, clean room. I was told by the clerk that the pictures are of the handicapped room that was updated. Our room was dirty. Dirty floors. Dirty bathroom. Bed was uncomfortable as you could feel the springs. Bathtub stained. Shower curtain dirty. Towels stained. Worst experience in years. We will not return nor recommend.”

“It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful. The only thing i wasn't particularly impressed with was the breakfast. Not a lot of items that i can eat. Healthier food items would be nice. We definitely will be staying there next year.”

“The room was disgusting. Lights did not work, floor was sticky, towels were discolored, no soap or shampoo provided, the chair was cracked and the mattresses were terrible. I will never stay here again!”

“We came to stay 2 night for a softball tournament. Upon arriving our door and many others looked to have patched up holes all over door. Looked like bullet holes. When we entered, it had a very musty smell. The room looked good when we entered, but quickly found out a few things. Freezer in frig was completely frozen over and nothing could be put in it. It was clean otherwise. Beds were clean, but round dinette table had crumbs on it. The tile floor was filthy and sticky in several spots. They...

“The person at the front counter was rude. When we asked for batteries for the remote thst did not work she said tou can come get them and in the middle if the conversation hung up on my wife. She was extremely rude.”

“Nice and clean. Staff got us in before check-in. Breakfast was meh...no better or worse than your standard continental breakfast. (Good sausage...but no waffles! They had pancake maker instead.) The shower in our room was OUTSTANDING. Good water pressure, easy to control, nice fixtures... We will stay there again if in Spring Hill.”
