Crystal Calm, Suite 2

Crystal Calm Suite 2 welcomes each of its guests into a 1,000 square foot oasis of easy living and beautifully decorated surroundings with a Village view.


Two private bedrooms sleep four, with a queen bed in one room and two twin beds in the second. The three-piece tub/shower bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, hair dryer and clean linens. A fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, range, refrigerator and microwave as well as ample cookware, dishware, glassware and utensils. Bar seating for four and a dining table for six is situated between the kitchen and living area with comfortable sofa and chairs to watch TV, read, relax and fellowship. A TV and closeted guest laundry facility are located in the queen bedroom.

The property listed a bath and a half. There is only one bathroom. The property lists air conditioning. There is a split unit in the living room. The bedrooms were hot and stuffy. No window in twin bedroom. No screen in double bedroom window. A small fan provided in each bedroom. And a noise machine. The floors are creaky. Property manager rude and would not compensate. BTW, no recourse with VRBO. Property manager is the person you deal with.No elevator. Steep stairs to be aware of when carrying luggage in.My husband and daughter in law refused to stay in the apartment due to one bathroom and hot bedrooms.

Perfect Property

We loved our stay here. Clean and comfortable. We had lovely drives to near by towns to see the fall colors. We even saw the northern lights over Crystal Lake one night. We would recommend staying here.

Very nice apartment

Right on Beulah’s main street, but very quiet. Really clean, everything works, high quality furnishings and kitchen. Easiest check-out I have ever experienced.

Wonderful place to stay in Crysal Lake area!

This was our first ever visit to northern Michigan. Our friends have been wanting us to visit this area when they were also visiting so we chose the Crystal Calm. It was just the two of us and we had tons of room to relax. The suite was clean and tidy and well kept. The furnishings had been updated in the past and were of good quality. The location was great and a short walk to shops and restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!

Sweet suite

Perfection! My husband and I have travelled extensively throughout the US. We have stayed at many VRBOs… this is in our top 3!! Very clean, charming, great location and bed linens were fabulous! We will be back.

A Great Week

Crystal Calm Suite is spacious, immaculate, tastefully decorated and very comfortable.The bathroom was fitted with quality towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash; and the kitchen could not be better equipped.The location provides excellent access to multi-use rail trails for biking and hiking, the National Park and all it has to offer, charming villages etc. To improve, the listing could make clear the number of steps from the ground to the unit and that there is no off road bike storage. The first night we were a bit uneasy about leaving our expensive bikes on our car on the street, but relaxed a little when we realized even bike rental businesses left there bikes out overnight with just a simple cable to secure them.

The only things I would change is the name of the building is no longer Crate & Cargo, and a brighter light over the Suite door so you can see the lock keypad. Everyyelsw was great.

Great Condo

Beautiful space, great high ceilings, nice large kitchen. Lots of room. Loved the sky lights. Wonderful small, quiet town to stay a week. GREAT proximity to Crystal Lake.

Wonderful family stay!

My kids and I loved our stay at this cozy, modern apartment in downtown Beulah. It was so spacious and had a fantastic, large kitchen and equally fantastic and large living room. The washer/dryer was a lifesaver and the wifi was strong enough that I worked remotely every day without any issues. We hope to stay here again next summer!

Nice apartment, great location!

My family and I thoroughly enjoy our stay at the apartment. The downtown location, close to the beach and Betsie Valley Trail was perfect. It was clean and quite large. Would definitely recommend!!

Very nice property- extremely clean- convenient location to Beulah and Crystal Lake beach and bike trails. The property is very well appointed with a well stocked kitchen. Enjoyable stay.
