Casa Teti fa parte dell'antica villa ligure Amamòse situata nello storico borgo di Bracelli , a soli 10 minuti in macchina dal fiume Vara e a 20 minuti dal mare e dal parco nazionale delle Cinque Terre,patrimonio mondiale dell’UNESCO.

La villa è appena stata finita di ristrutturare cercando di valorizzare appieno gli elementi costituenti la tradizione architettonica del borgo medievale e delle case contadine del posto.
Ha inoltre un ampio giardino che si affaccia sulla bellissima Val di Vara, con un grande prato ideale per potersi rilassare durante una giornata di sole, o per poter far giocare I propri bambini.
Ogni appartamento ha una sua area designata nel giardino comune, dotata di tavolo, sedie e ombrellone.
Casa Teti è uno dei bellissimi appartamenti in cui la villa è stata divisa. Si estende su tre livelli, ed è dotato di un ingresso autonomo, un accesso diretto al giardino, muri di pietra e soffitti con travi a vista, 3 camere da letto, un piccolo soggiorno con un divano ,2 bagni e una cucina abitabile con un tavolo da pranzo e un piccolo camino.
E' corretto precisare qui , dato che vrbo da la possibilità di impostare costi aggiuntivi solo rispetto al numero delle persone, che se prenoterete fino a 2 persone, verrà preparata per voi una camera da letto matrimoniale, se prenoterete da 3 fino a 4 persone saranno preparate per voi due camere da letto matrimoniali , mentre la terza sarà chiusa a chiave o lasciata senza lenzuola e se prenoterete per 5 o 6 persone 3 camere da letto matrimoniali.
quindi se desiderate usare più camere rispetto al numero di persone, potete regolarvi su quanto appena spiegato qui sopra, grazie mille.
The Villa has just been refurbished to a high standard, following all the traditional aesthetic guidelines shared by most of the medieval villages of this area.
It has also a huge garden overlooking the beautiful Val di Vara, with plenty of lawns and space for relaxing on a sunny day or children’s play.
Each apartment has its own outdoor area provided with table, chairs and a sun repair umbrella.
Teti’s house is one of the beautiful apartments in this converted villa. Set on three levels, it has its own private entrance and a direct acess to the beautiful garden, stone walls and wood rafted ceilings, 3 bedrooms, a cosy living room with a sofa , 2 bathrooms, a well refurbished kitchen and a dining area with a tiny fireplace.
It's very important and quite fair to explain here, since vrbo doesn't allow to set an extra fee on the number of bedrooms used but just on the number of people, that if you wil book for 2 people we will prepare for you 1 doublebedroom , 3or4 people we will prepare for you 2 doublebedrooms and if you will book for5 or 6 people 3 doublebedroom . So in order to have more rooms available for you than the ones explained above, you will need to book for more people, thank you very much.

Bracelli è un piccolo borgo medievale immerso nel verde, ideale per chi cerca un luogo dove rilassarsi dopo una giornata di mare o di fiume, a contatto con la natura e lontano dal sovraffollamento delle mete più turistiche. Inoltre, per chi ama passeggiare, andare in mountain bike e fare attività come Cayak, canyoning e Rafting è una meta da non lasciarsi sfuggire, poichè caratterizzata da numerosi sentieri che intersecano spesso piccoli corsi d’acqua e dalla presenza del bellissimo fiume color smeraldo “Vara” e dei suoi affluenti. A soli 10 minuti in macchina si trova infatti la sede del “Rafting Liguria”.
Bracelli village
Bracelli is a tiny medieval village which lies deep in the green hills of the Vara Valley, ideal for those who are looking for a place to relax and chill after a long day at the sea or at the river, being close to nature and away from the chaos of the most crowded tourist sites.
Moreover, it is a perfect destination for trekking, mountain biking and water sports lovers like rafting, cayak and canyoning. This aerea is known for the presence of the beautiful emerald green Vara River and its tributaries and for the many trekking paths crossing the valley, followed by little streams and shiny pools. Bracelli is indeed just 10 minutes away by car from the Liguria rafting centre.
Biodistretto Val di Vara: La valle del biologico
Il Biodistretto è un patto territoriale pubblico/privato tra i Comuni e il mondo agricolo, che ha fatto della sostenibilità e quindi dell’agricoltura biologica, il proprio modello di sviluppo.
Il territorio del distretto biologico è localizzato proprio qui, inVal di Vara, con il fine di garantire sufficiente omogeneità sia ambientale che socio-economica.
Sarà infatti possibile trovare carni e verdure biologiche di prima scelta nelle cooperative della zona così come latte,yogurt, formaggi e uova.
Molto famose sono inoltre le aziende vinicole della zona, caratterizzate sempre da un’etica di produzione fondata sulla qualità e la genuinità delle materie prime.
Vara Valley organic district : the organic valley
The organic district treaty is an agreement between municipalities and farmers funded on values of sustainable local development, respect of the environment and therefore organic agriculture. The Organic district is located right here in the Vara Valley, with the purpose of supporting local farmers, safeguarding the environment and guarantying the quality of the products. It is indeed possible to find here, in the local cooperatives, both organic meat and vegetables of the finest quality as well as milk, yoghurt, cheese and eggs.On top of that, this area is very well known for its many vineyards and wine producers, who share strong business ethics based on the importance of the quality and the genuineness of the products.
Important to know: how to get around
La Villa è facilmente raggiungibile anche da chi viaggia in aereo, essendo a un’ora di macchina sia dall’aereoporto di Genova che dall’aereoporto di Pisa e a un’ora e mezza da quello di Firenze. A cause della scarsità di autobus è consigliabile però essere dotati di mezzi autonomi.
Inoltre a 2 minuti a piedi dalla villa, proprio all’ inizio del paese si trova una comoda area parcheggio gratuita
Per chi preferisse visitare le cinque terre in treno o in barca inoltre, a soli 20 minuti di macchina sono facilmente raggiungibili la citta di La Spezia e il paese di Monterosso.
The village of Bracelli is easily accessible either from Genova and Pisa airports (1 hour drive) or from Firenze (1 hour and a half drive). Moreover for those who would like to visit the Cinque Terre by train or by boat, you can leave your car at either La Spezia or Monterosso that are just 20 minutes away from the Villa.
Due to the lack of public transports, it is highly recommended to travel by car and there is a free parking area just 2 minute walk from the Villa.
