“The hotel was fine, the manager was a good man, but there should have been a fan atleast in the room, it was very warm at night, couldn't sleep. The hotel location is great and the environment was friendly.”

Check in veloce, camera spaziosa e pulita. ”

“I spent one week in the Marine Parade hotel celebrating my 60th Birthday with my friend in Eastbourne and I enjoyed my stay there. The manager Zishan was very kind and polite and made my stay very pleasant, special thanks to him.”

“Positives good parking good location , after that all negatives reception and procedures for checking in poor and area felt uncared for . Room felt icky needed complete refurbishment painting tatty carpets need throwing out . I would say unless you are desperate to be in this area give it a miss .”

“Property was clean, beds were comfortable. Parking is in the street and you do need to pay. Location was fine for walking into town.”

“Very nice B&B, in good location. Just a couple of points to mention which was why I have only 4/5. - Room and en-suite smaller than expected, but still nice and comfortable - Breakfast was lovely, but would prefer being able to self serve juice and tea/coffee. Also a full English breakfast should use real sausages, rather than tiny chipolatas - Biggest issues was noise with voices and bathrooms clearly audible from other rooms late and night and early morning.”
