You sent me during your stay at least 5 messages a day for everything and for nothing. Sometimes in the middle of the night! My housekeeper was at your disposal for all your requests. Today we read that nothing suited you? Yet we have put all our heart and time for you. Why not take advantage of our 34 email exchanges to tell us what was wrong? What were you missing? We have decorated and equipped the Tibalou with our heart and it has been rented for 10 years on 7 platforms including Abritel. You are the first customers who do not find in our house the spirit of the village of Beynac and it is a shame. Have you thought about opening all the cabinets? You would have found several dishes there. The oven was in a closet because very few tenants use it! You are Madam and sorry to tell you this in very bad faith. I confirm that in view of the time that my housekeeper gives you every day ... I asked you in exchange for a check out at 9.30 instead of 10. Just to arrange Martine in her schedule. And I confirm that you refused! We are really disappointed that you have confused a rental house and the services of a hotel!

We have done everything to make your stay as good as possible, answered your many messages. We confirm that Beynac car parks are chargeable for everyone. The rate for our customers is modest: €35 per week. During your stay, we encountered our first plumbing problem in 10 years and it was resolved as quickly as possible. We are happy that our commercial gestures have given you full satisfaction.

Thank you very much Barbara for your very complete comment. Yes the view from each room and also from the terrace is breathtaking. To deserve this, you have to make a little effort. Our house is located in the heart of the medieval village. We do not recommend for the elderly or disabled.
