“Honestly I would probably stay there again if I’m ever in that part of the country. My only issue was that the fire alarm went off at 5am on April 1st and pretty much everyone had evacuated via the stairs. However, no one from the front desk or any staff ever came out to tell us it was a false alarm and that it was ok to go back into the hotel. There was some Ken standing on one of the balconies that yelled down to us to tell us it was a false alarm and that the kitchen staff had burned...

“The property and staff were wonderful, it was so clean too! The firepits weren't working, it would've been so nice to have those though. I loved the outdoor hot tub, their pool is indoors, which I thought was a tad odd, instead of being outside. Either way, we really enjoyed our stay ”

“We were very happy with our stay at this Hilton. The room was very clean and in great condition. All staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed the beautiful outdoor pool and slide, as well as the large hot tub and the indoor pool. Our room had two queen beds and a pull out couch perfect for our family of 5. The bathroom was in between with two separate TVS and a great space for clothes and suitcases. VERY close to all of the fun in Pigeon Forge. Highly recommend!”

“The breakfast this hotel offers, is across the street and you get a voucher for 3 pancakes per person plus a drink. The room is a bit outdated and dirty. The pool is never cleaned and the 2nd jacuzzi did not work so everyone crammed into one. The poolside chairs were dragged around by other hotel guests and the chair pads were all over the place. The older guy working the night shift, could care less about what was going on or keeping the amenities in hood condition. ”

“The mountain view was breathtaking, and the parking situation was convenient and secure. Our stay was enjoyable overall. However, the king-size bed featured a mattress that was in need of replacement, as one side sinks down to the springs. Addressing this issue would greatly enhance the comfort of the stay.”

“We had a great experience staying here. Our last minute reservation went smoothly from start to finish, the staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only small suggestion would be to offer a few more breakfast options, but everything available was good. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.”
