La Maisonnette des Berges

In the Béziers area, we offer you this charming 30 m² house, air-conditioned with shared pool, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a mezzanine bedroom, a shower room and a 30 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with TV, sitting area with double sofa bed and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Tassimo coffee maker...
- Mezzanine bedroom (wooden staircase) with king-size bed (180×200)
- A shower room and WC

Exterior :
- A lovely 30 m² garden and terrace, with electric pergola and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- The residence has several swimming pools:
A shared 8m*14m indoor heated pool, open from early September to late June from 8am to 8pm.
Two shared, unheated summer pools, 20m*10m, open from late June to late August from 8am to 7:45pm.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha.

The house is ideally located in Béziers, in a secure residence 15 minutes from the beaches and the Mediterranean. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.

Outside:
- Cycle paths along the Canal du Midi
- Boat rentals
- Visits to surrounding towns: Béziers, Sète, Agde, Narbonne, Montpellier, Toulouse ...

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (numbered space).

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Béziers train station is 10 minutes away by car, Montpellier is 50 minutes away by car.
- Montpellier airport is 50 min away by car.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels included. Laundry is at your expense or available at an additional cost from the concierge, for an extra charge of €15 per person (payment on site).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
- Swimming pool: All children swimming in the pool are under the responsibility of a parent.
Opening date non-contractual, Bermuda shorts are not allowed.
