"I am someone who travels frequently and I’ve had both excellent and very disappointing experiences when choosing hotels around the world. I must say that, up until now, I hadn’t had the opportunity to stay in a hotel in Italy that I would consider worth returning to — but yesterday, as soon as I walked into this hotel, I was genuinely impressed. All the credit goes to the team for the renovation; the property is in outstanding condition. The rooms are comfortable, beautifully decorated, with balconies overlooking the lake, and even the bathroom offers a stunning view. This morning we went down for breakfast and were pleasantly surprised by a large open buffet with a wide variety of options. They even had a microwave, which is something most places don’t offer — but I personally like to add cheese to my eggs and I enjoy it melted, so having a microwave available was a wonderful detail. It’s important to recognize when people go above and beyond, and this hotel, in my opinion, truly deserves a five-star rating ❤️"
