“Very disappointed. Nothing was there. No Hot water inbath .No coffee/tea sachet. No bath towels. Nobody to attend the basic requirement.”

When I trying to check in. they didn’t found my reservation I had show them email order to get checked in. they’re surprised how I make reservations online they didn’t know that.
