“Great Hotel for a pleassant stay”

“Amazing staff and chef in the kitchen : restaurant- Gayatri, Subhadra and Lakshmi. Concierge always amazing smiling offering me my favourite juice :) I did have to give some feedback around housekeeping but this was immediately implemented. Overall absolutely wonderful stay! Thank you ”

“It’s just a night…passing through….the plug ins to charge American pins are not working may be they put some concrete in it..we can’t insert in.its okay for Indians and one night standers…pass through.thank you.”

“For the price we have paid it is an expected hotel but not great. things they must improve: 1.Toilets are not properly cleaned 2. Rooms are not well sound proofed. a baby crying 2 rooms away from us can be heard during day time 3. Geyser switch controlled by manager and you have request him every time you need to use hot water 4. No mosquito repellents hence they are enjoying on guests”

“Room is clean, but beddings bed sheets are very old. For breakfast they give in a small pack. No coffee. They provide one water bottle. ”

“The room was given at late night around midnight 12:45Am. So worst even When asked since it was done online they cannot do anything. This is not the place to be if u r planning to go for early darshan at the temple. I would never ever recommend or even suggest this place. ”

“The room was not clean, the bathroom was poorly maintained, and even the hallway looked dirty and unkept. Overall, the cleanliness throughout the hotel was very disappointing. I expected a much better experience, but the condition of the room and surroundings made the stay uncomfortable. I hope the management seriously improves their housekeeping standards.”
