“Horrible Experience....We booked two rooms for 25th Dec in advance. The receptionist Sambit also confirmed the booking at his end. When we reached on the 25th Dec to our shock we came to know there was no booking reserved, when checked with Sambit he conveniently denied any communication but when we showed him our call details he acknowledged he did confirm the booking. “The room size was ok. There was no tissue paper in the bathroom. The staff was courteous and tried to get one.”

“This is a nice budget hotel. Although there was issue with lights going out couple of times and u need bucket & a portable heater for shower at night, overall stay was good. It's close to the train station and other attractions. Breakfast is good - chai is excellent. ”
