Staff is helpful and try hard to please BUT the Bathroom has only Bath Towel(s), no Hand Towel - staff doesn’t seem to know what that is - there is a box of paper towels in the Bathroom and Tissue Paper in the Bedroom. Staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself could do with a little tlc especially the bedrooms. Some of the facilities were closed.
