“The property was good and had an amazing view. The service and the staff both were good. However, we had difficulty in check-in as our booking from hotels.com didn't reflect in their system and they had no idea about our booking. Also, the room we booked on hotels.com, seeing the images, was totally different. They told us that the image in our booking is of a room which is cheaper than what we paid for. Nonetheless, they were very accommodating and gave us a room based on the booking voucher on...
