“Great location. Next to the slopes and the big hotel with the thermal baths / water park. Great breakfast. Would love to have dinner in the hotel but it closes at 6pm”

“Die Willa ist hervorragend, frisch renoviert mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen und gutem Frühstück. Das einzige negative ist der Service. Es war jeden Tag jemand anders an der Rezeption, wenn sie mal besetzt war und abends war niemand mehr zu erreichen. Leider fehlte auf Expedia auch die Information, dass man bei der Ankunft 500 PLN als Kaution Bar hinterlegen muss. Man sollte also genug Bargeld haben.”

“Very nice room in Zakopane mountain stile. Nice bathroom too. The breakfast was overal good but there was not much choice of sweet, one type of marmelade only. A nice brochure with local info is available if you find it yourself (it was not offered to us). Free parking space.
The reception does not speak any English whatsoever. Not possible to communicate basic things, impossible to get info on sauna and other services/touristic info. It is not easy to find the place due to the lack of signs...
