City center and beaches 10 minutes walk or 5 minutes away thanks to the free shuttle located in front of the residence.

This 28.96m2 studio located on the 2nd floor with elevator has a 5.59m2 balcony without vis-à-vis (rooftop and garden view) with table and chairs for outdoor dining while staying at home!

The main room consists of a retractable double bed (140cm), a dining table for 2 people, armchairs & light coffee table (40x30cm), television, wifi, small bluetooth speaker.

Shower room with toilet with hairdryer, washing machine and drying rack at your disposal.

A small open kitchen equipped with a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a toaster, a small oven/grill, microwave, electric hob, small fridge/freezer, kettle, wine glasses + glasses of champagne...

Guests have access to the entire studio.

The keys are given to you in person by a member of the team.

We offer on request, a late check-in service (to be booked in advance):
-30€ between 8pm & 9pm.
-50€ between 9pm & 10pm.
-70€ between 10pm & 11pm. No reception beyond that.
To be paid in cash or by cheque on arrival (against a receipt) or by bank transfer to the agency before your arrival.

Rental of childcare equipment or fans/air conditioners/auxiliary heaters: €50 (for the entire duration of the stay).

We invite you to respect the time of the appointment you have set for us. Do not hesitate to arrive a little earlier than the set time. In case of delay in the check-in time initially agreed with you, our hostess will not be able to wait for you.
Another appointment time must be set and you will be charged 30€.

Additional fee of 30€ for an arrival on December 24 & 31 after 6 p.m., December 25 & January 1 to be paid on arrival in cash, check or bank transfer.

Any trip that is not of an emergency nature will be charged to the tenant. This is to limit abusive travel. Do not hesitate to inquire.

In the event of loss of the key to the accommodation during your stay, the lock on the door will have to be changed. The cost of this action will be deducted from your deposit.

Regarding the end-of-stay cleaning & Laundry package included in your booking:
We provide linen treated by a professional service, prepare the apartment for your comfort and arrival, and do the cleaning at the end of the stay.

For bookings of one month or more, an intermediate cleaning (every two weeks) must be carried out (this is at your expense). In order to maintain and verify the accommodation.

Important:
A lease must be signed in parallel with the rental platform before your arrival, in French and in a dematerialized way (electronic signature).
The supporting documents required for natural persons are:
- Identity document.
- Proof of your main residence.
For legal entities:
- Kbis.
- Identity document of the manager.
In addition, it is mandatory to take out rental risk and damage insurance.
