“I stayed at Sapphire Bayil Hotel with my mum during our recent visit to Baku and we were genuinely impressed by the experience. The hotel combines modern comfort with a warm, professional atmosphere. Our room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed.
The staff deserve special mention- they were consistently attentive, polite, and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and every interaction felt sincere and welcoming.”

“Начну с того, что заявленные двуспальная кровать "King Size" и диван-"кровать" таковыми не являются. Кровать стандартного размера, а диван не раскладной - взрослый человек на нем не сможет лежать. Сказал об этом администратору - обещали исправить описание. При заселении номер не был готов к приему троих взрослых человек, хотя бронировал заранее. “We had such a wonderful time in this hotel and in Baku overall. The room was the most spacious I have ever seen. Huge bathroom, huge balcony. The kids loved the bunk bed. The furnishings all over the hotel was impecable, providing a very comfortable staying. The food at dinner time was delicious. On the down side, I would mention the breakfast is served on a la carte basis. I would have preferred to have a buffet option instead, but maybe this is the norm in Baku. I would definitely recommend...
