Holiday Home Lolita with swimming pool is a house located in Bibinje, only 7 km from the city of Zadar. Bibinje is a small Dalmatian town that is visited every year by tourists who are eager to swim in the clear Adriatic Sea, enjoy excellent gastronomic offers, walk along the beach or sunbathe.

Holiday Home Lolita opens its doors to a maximum of 10 people who will be accommodated in 6 bedrooms with double beds (180x200), and offers you 220 m2 of living space. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while the remaining three are located on the upper floor. There are also 2 bathrooms with a shower and 2 separate toilets. There are two living rooms at your disposal, which include a sofa, coffee table and TV. Cooking will never be easier because you can use 2 fully equipped kitchens. Here you will have the opportunity to cook your favorite dishes for family and friends, and you will try them in two dining rooms that include a table and chairs.

Additional amenities include air conditioning, WiFi, a baby cot and a washing machine.

In the morning you will drink coffee on 2 balconies, and in front of the house there is a large terrace with garden furniture and a wood or charcoal barbecue. There is also a covered outdoor dining table with a summer kitchen, an ideal place for evening socializing with food and a glass of wine.

Day or night refreshment will be found in the 32 m2 outdoor pool, next to which there are sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower.

Holiday Home Lolita is also pet friendly, which means that you can take your pet with you on vacation (max 1), at no additional charge.

There are 4 parking spaces at your disposal, two inside and two outside the yard.

The owners of the house live at the back of the building, guests have their own entrance and everything mentioned is used only and exclusively by guests.

Bibinje is a beautiful Dalmatian place where you can enjoy all-day swimming and exploring the depths of the sea. Also, in the evening there is always music and entertainment until late at night. Romantic walks at sunset are also within reach! In Bibinje there is also a boat that runs daily to the Kornati National Park. Also worth mentioning are other National Parks such as Paklenica or Krka Waterfalls.

During your stay in Bibinje, be sure to visit Zadar or Biograd na moru, which also offer a rich tourist offer: musical evenings, concerts, an aquapark for children, and a rich gastronomic offer that will delight you!
