“The staff at this Ambassador Hotel was very engaging. They warmly greeted us each time we passed through the lobby and were very efficient checking in a large group of people ahead of us. Truly set the tone of the stay. We were glad to get a room with a view and there is true value in a nice bathroom in the room when out of town. A short walk to power and light district and other event centers. This room fulfilled the very things we were looking for on stay for our day trip to Kansas City. ”
“Great location right near the convention center and walking distance to the Power and Light district. Nice, affordable hotel with all the necessary amenities. Very friendly staff, from the front desk agents to the valet workers. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Camera pulita ma molto fredda al mio arrivo. Piacevole la possibilità di visitare il museo l all interno.Ristorante costoso ma ricco di offerta di bevande specialmente cocktail. Negativa l esperenzia con gli addetti al check in.Sono giorni che mando email per chiedere la ricevuta ma non mi hanno mai risposto. ”

“The staff was great. The breakfast was awesome. The only issue was room temperature. They know it’s an issue so hopefully it will be addressed. If we ever came back to stay in this area we would stay there again. ”

“Hotel was very secure! Clean, friendly staff, and wonderful views of downtown. Not too noisy, bed and pillows were very comfortable and staff were always available to help if needed. Starbucks in the building was a huge bonus! ”

“What a fabulous stay. Clean, good breakfast, safe, friendly. The only issue I had was that the fitness center was HOT! And I do mean HOT. I had others comment as well when we were in there. The water was also out in there for my entire stay. ”
