“Would not stay here again, and the real problem isn't comfort, it's safety. We got back from dinner around 11pm and the door code we'd been given earlier that day no longer worked. There's no front desk, no staff on site, and no one to call. We stood in a dark alley texting the hotel back and forth trying to get a working code. When we finally got a response, it was flat and unapologetic. Locking paying guests out of their hotel at night with no one on site isn't a minor hiccup. It's a safety...

“The staff were very friendly and help. The room was clean and very quiet. Did not hear doors slamming closed or people walking by talking. The breakfast was good; the food was a little on the cold side but still good. The bar nice vibe, drinks were more ice, soda and juice thank anything, I believe for the price that was paid for the drink it was not worth it”

“It’s a well kept place with comfortable beds and a decent amount of space. My issues were that the window blinds were tough to close, and the shower door gets stuck”

“While the property is nice, they should not advertise there is a complimentary local shuttle. We were counting on a shuttle to a concert at T Mobile center. I am handicapped and can not walk that far. This is the second time I have booked this property only to find out there was no shuttle available again. I think I’ve learned my lesson!”

“Room smelled odd, tv screen had a darkened hue that was not fixable, paint on the bathroom wall over the wallpaper, very odd entrance to lobby. Not a great 2 night stay (aside from nice front desk staff and morning breakfast team).”

“Overall the location was fine but we were on the 7th floor and it was loud (motorcycle?) sounds coming in through our windows after midnight. The lobby had some remnants from a wedding that had been there the night before that should have been picked up. Had some shabby chic elements in decor but overall it was just fine. ”
