A couple of recommendations to the host - a few coat hooks behind the front door would be very welcome, and some more hangers in each of the wardrobes. “The property was clean although a bit tired. Quite a few fittings hanging off. Note there are 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, not 3 bathrooms as advertised. Bedrooms functional but very cramped. The owner required a £300 deposit via bank transfer in order to release the keys on the day of check-in, and then didn't refund or communicate for a week after the the rental, despite me making numerous calls and messages. Refund came eventually, but communication was non existent.”
