Unwind in this calm, homely & stylish space in the Cotswolds. This two bedroom cottage features 2 indoor original log burners, a large wild garden and outside fire-pit next to a table overlooking a beautiful field benefitting from sunset hour.

This 19th century cottage has been renovated throughout to a high standard following a boho chic farm style interior.

Perfectly situated in a picturesque village, only 10 mins to Soho Farmhouse, Blenheim Palace, RH Aynho Park & 20 mins to Estelle Manor.
The space
Step into the country style lounge with a large, incredibly comfortable sofa & Samsung Frame TV, perfect for nights cosying up by the log fire to watch a movie after exploring the area.

The separate dining area also features a log burner with a table that comfortably seats 4 guests.

The kitchen has been renovated to a boho farmhouse style to suit the rest of this chic cottage with all the amenities needed to entertain, including an oven/induction hob, fridge, freezer, air fryer, dishwasher, washer dryer & Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules).

Upstairs, the master bedroom benefits from a super king bed with plenty of storage and hanging space, the second bedroom features a king size bed with a desk overlooking the beautiful garden - ideal for home office working.

The bedrooms share a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, WC and sink. Hive smart heating also runs throughout the property to keep you nice & warm during your stay.

Located just 30 minutes from Oxford city and central Cotswolds, The Cottage is also within perfect driving distance to the lovely gastropubs that The Cotswolds has to offer such as The Swan Inn, The Fox and The Wild Rabbit.

Historic Blenheim Palace and exclusive members clubs Soho Farmhouse and Estelle Manor are all within a 15 minute drive. Other popular destinations such as Daylesford Organic and Burford are 30 minutes away.

The closest town to The Cottage is Deddington (5 min drive), a quintessential Oxfordshire village with independent shops and several pubs. Woodstock is 10 minutes away and boasts plenty of cute coffee shops, pubs, shops, art galleries and restaurants.
Guest access
All areas of the cottage including the long garden overlooking the fields.
There are some cupboards that are locked for my personal use.
Other things to note
My home is a semi-detached cottage in a quiet close knit neighbourhood, so strictly no parties allowed please. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.

Standard check-in time is from 4pm onwards and check-out time is by 10am. We may be able to offer a later check-out or earlier check-in for an extra cost via prior arrangement only.

Strictly no smoking or vaping indoors please.

The shower water pressure might seem a little low, this is because we have a sustainable shower solution.

We welcome up to 2 small pets for a cost of £30 per pet per stay. Please ensure the Pets box is ticked when you book. A bed, bowls and welcome pack are provided during your stay. There's also a handy dog flap at the rear!

Please kindly consider our house rules if you bring your dog:
- Dogs must be well behaved and house trained
- Please keep your pets off the soft furnishings
- No pets upstairs please
- Any fouling on premises must be cleared up please as quickly as possible
- Muddy paws are to be cleaned before entering the house
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property, thank you

We can supply a travel cot & high chair for an additional cost of £25 per stay, please kindly request these at the time of booking. Please bring your own bedding for the travel cot.

My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
