Hotel vicino a Bicol Medical Center - Naga

“Don't get the breakfast buffet. If the hotel doesn't have enough guest that purchased the buffet with their booking they will stop the breakfast buffet and offer you only ONE plate from the menu. If you are still hungry you will pay out of your own pocket for a second dish. We lost 3 days of the breakfast buffet because of this situation. What a rip off! We as customers paid for it up front and in the end, denied! Not fair! So beware.”

“Good hotel in Naga City. Rooms just feeling a bit dated and tired now. However room was clean and service and food were really good. Good gym and lovely big pool for proper swimming. Parking provided opposite hotel with friendly welcome.”

“Rooms were spacious and comfortable. There were restaurants nearby so food options were not limited. Property was not too far from the city centre. Plenty of parking available in the back. Staff were all friendly and helpful. 10/10 would stay here again!”

“The place is in terrible condition. The aircon is not cold enough. No toilet paper. Has no hot shower. No kettle pot. Was only given one towel because that’s what they had. Good thing i brought my own. ”
