“Beautiful property. Very central location. Lovely, romantic courtyard. We did not have a top sheet on our bed during our stay, thought I asked for one, only a duvet. But it was too warm to use a blanket or sheet anyway! Hospitable staff.”

“Wonderful in every way. Exceeded expectations. Rooms were clean and spacious. Home was perfect. Staff were courteous and very informative. And the breakfasts were as good as anything we ate all weekend. Next time we are in New Orleans, we will certainly stay at Ashtons.”

“The hotel is very centrally located, just on the Riverfront! We booked well in advance for December and the price for quality has been excellent. No breakfast but full of options nearby. Very helpful staff. I recommend this hotel! ”

“Hotel pulito sia negli ambienti comuni che nelle stanze ,cambio asciugamani quotidiano Situato a poca distanza dal french quarter ...abbastanza frequente a New Orleans trovare gente sdraiata per terra in condizioni ovviamente disagiate e anche dall' altra parte della strada rispetto all hotel le abbiamo sempre trovate senza però avere problemi di sicurezza Colazione buona e abbastanza varia Buon rapporto qualità prezzo Ci siamo trovati bene”

“Loved the small town feel! We engaged with so many of the guests 🥰. Everyone staying at the Richelieu that we met felt the same way🥰. Staff was wonderful especially Brian. Small hotel felt so warm and welcoming compared to the larger “Name Brands”. Loved all the amenities and the salt water pool! We would stay there again ❤️❤️❤️”

“The hotel was very lovely and in the heart of the French Quarter. This made it easy for us to walk everywhere we wanted to go easily. We had an issue with a loose toilet seat. I texted them and a person was at our door within 10 minutes to fix it. We would stay here again for a touch of luxury when we visit again!”

“The property is very close to the French quarter and Frenchmen street. The pool was outdoors and a great place to chill after walking in the may new Orleans heat. We had a nice breakfast each morning which set us up to get on with our day. We had two rooms and each was unique and very pretty. Our bathroom was a bit small but the second room had a very large bathroom. Shower water pressure was great. I would recommend to all.”

“La stanza era molto grande e comoda, il bagno abbastanza grande e funzionale. La pulizia ottima. L’unico appunto che posso fare è che ho trovato un asciugamano bucato. La struttura ha un giardinetto interno che però, essendo inverno, non abbiamo potuto sfruttare. La posizione è centrale, appena fuori da Bourbon Street, ma tranquilla. Quindi tutto sommato un buon tre stelle, da consigliare senz’altro.”

“Alla reception sono abbastanza scortesi. Inoltre ho chiesto di fare il check out la sera prima visto che partivamo all3 04:00 e ci hanno detto che non c’era problema. Invece al mattino ci dicono che non possono e che addebitano più tardi. Peccato che invece delle 67€ come fa vostra fattura hanno trattenuto 141€! ”
