A stone's throw from the village amenities including, pubs, shops and restaurants as well as a number of amusement arcades to entertain children of all ages. Westward Ho! also benefits from England's oldest golf club, Royal North Devon, that stretches out on to the Northam Burrows Country Park, protected from the sea by the pebble ridge, and offers some of the finest walks through the dunes and along the shoreline. The fishing village of Appledore is a short drive, and retains much of its original charm with its narrow winding streets and wealth of intimate restaurants and pubs. Attractions in the area include The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Dartington Crystal, RHS Rosemoor Gardens and Clovelly to name but a few.

The accommodation is split over the third and fourth (top) floors, the contemporary open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area is located on the fourth floor with high ceilings and views out one large window over the dramatic panoramic beach and sea views. Both bedrooms are spacious and located on the third floor, the 1 master double has an en-suite shower room and WC, and also on this floor is the twin bedroom and bathroom with with shower over bath and WC.

Outside is a spacious private balcony with unrivalled views to sit out and relax and enjoy.
