- The perfect holiday home which has it all, nestling within 200 acres of rolling countryside so peace and tranquillity is assured, allowing you to enjoy an evening relaxing in the private hot tub under the stars. Walkers can enjoy wandering in the 200 acres of farmland which consist of woodland and a lake, perfect for an afternoon picnic. Looking for a day on the sands, within a short car journey, is the picturesque seaside village of Westward Ho! known for its beautiful beach and unique pebble ridge which links to Northam Burrows Country Park. The village also has an array of restaurants, bars, shops, cafes and amusements. The market town of Bideford is just a short drive away with an abundance of cafes, pubs, and the famous pannier market. Other attractions in the area included The Big Sheep, Tapley Park, National Trust Arlington Court and the traditional cobbled streets of Clovelly.
Step into this single storey lodge and be welcomed into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With comfy seating you can relax after a busy day and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV, or enjoy a meal, whipped up in the well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Head further into the property and you will find the bright and airy bedrooms, one double which offers beautiful countryside views and one bunk bedroom. Completing the accommodation is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
Heading outside you will find a decked area with private hot tub, patio furniture and BBQ along with a small lawned area perfect for enjoying an alfresco meal whilst enjoying the stunning views .There is private off-road parking for three cars.
