“This is a unique & wonderful place to stay far off the beaten track. It is in a beautiful location the rooms are comfortable there is constant hot water the food is incredible & the staff so kind & attentive & helpful. We went on a wonderful walk & visited the little town of Nuakot with its beautiful Durbar square currently being restored. We loved our stay at the Famous Farm & would love to return. It’s a long bumpy dusty road but worth the journey! Go you will love it.”

“The service is impeccable without being uncomfortably pompous. The staff are honest, calm, measured, competent and considerate. They do go out of their way, so tipping seemed fair to me. “Mi è piaciuto molto che lo staff è sempre sorridente e pronto ad aiutare, in particolare Sanjay, il manager del hotel. La camera al primo piano era pulita, luminosa quindi siamo stati bene. Al ristorante si mangia bene, e la colazione è abbondante e buona. Lo consiglio vivamente.”

“This hotel felt like a little home away from home. The staff make it a point to make you feel comfortable and happy. Even though the bathroom had some leaks and the bed wasn’t the greatest, I will stay here again. It is very convenient because you are close to Thamel without being in the hectic area. I walked everywhere and did not need a car unless to go to the temples. Other than that I loved the food options nearby specially the Massala Beads cafe this is a must try and it’s only 5 mins away...

“the Hotel is in the hearth of Kathmandu, in Thamel district near to Garden of Dreams and Durbar Square and to all facilities such as taxi and so on. What we most appreciate is the hortel's owner and his staff ( waiters and chefs) they were nice and friendly and the very good breakfast prepared with all fresh ingredients both fruits and vegetables!
