🚫 No parties or events allowed
🚭 No drugs permitted
🚭 No smoking inside the apartment ( USD 250)
🤫 Please keep noise down after 11:00 PM out of respect for neighbors
👨‍👩‍👧 Minors must be accompanied by parents or legal guardians
🐾 Pets are not allowed
👥 All guests must be registered in advance; unannounced visitors will incur a fine of USD 75 per person
🛏 Please take care of towels, sheets, and blankets—any stained items may result in an additional charge
NOTE:
🔹We kindly ask that all guests follow the house rules. If these rules are not followed, a penalty fee of MXN $1,250 may apply.
🔹Mid-stay cleaning: For stays longer than 14 days, we provide a mandatory mid-stay cleaning every 14 days to maintain the listing’s cleanliness and comfort. The mid-stay cleaning fee will be collected through the Resolution Center during the stay and will be equal to the listing’s standard cleaning fee.

🔸Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of up to €250 may be required before check-in. For reservations made through certain booking platforms, this may be pre-authorized or processed automatically through the original payment method. The deposit will be fully refunded after checkout, provided the property is left in good condition and no additional cleaning or damage is reported.

🔸Requests to Change Reservations Within 48 Hours of Checkout

Please note that any change to your reservation—including, but not limited to, extending your stay—may incur an additional cleaning fee equal to the original cleaning fee charged for the reservation. This is because professional cleaning services are scheduled in advance and reserved specifically for your checkout date. Once scheduled, cleaning vendors may charge cancellation or modification fees if the reservation is changed on short notice. By requesting a change within 48 hours of checkout, guests acknowledge and agree to this additional cleaning charge.
